[…]If the rings have a place to properly hang, like over a tree branch or over a basketball hoop, then you can train pretty much anywhere! Personally, I haven’t made good use of this awesomeness, but hopefully, I will soon. Usually, I just hang my rings over my pull-up bar. I’m content with that for now. Even so, I’ve gotta try hitting a workout in nature for a change. If you put your mind to it, you could get really creative on how to set the rings up. I’ve seen videos where they’ve been set up at playgrounds!
