The United States of America, as a political construct, was sold to the early population of Americans as a panacea to right the wrongs done to them by the British crown. Whether the Constitution actually sought to establish those rights for the people or was a ruse in itself to retain control of the population by a powerful elite has been thoroughly debated elsewhere. What was established, regardless of intent or purpose, was that in order to be free, one must not only possess, but be protected in exerting certain individual rights. The right to free speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom to defend oneself with firearms from others and a tyrannical government (in this case a hostile competing ideology), freedom from government forces in our homes, freedom to have papers, effects and the sanctity of the home free from unwarranted searches and seizures, freedom from being forced to testify against oneself and to enjoy life, liberty and property unless forfeited through due process of law, freedom from being imprisoned without cause or accused by some anonymous person, freedom to a jury trial of peers, freedom from excessive bail and other cruel and unusual punishments, freedom to enjoy other rights not otherwise listed, freedom of states to exercise rights not otherwise prohibited to them. The harm done to any of these rights anywhere on the continent harms them all and for anyone who seeks to exert those rights in the future. The rights, once harmed, disappear.
So, it is obvious that none of the rights in the Bill of Rights have proven to be rights at all, or they could not be infringed, which they have. In this one truth lies many truths, one of which is that the individual has been captured by the system and held hostage to the whims of tyrants at all levels. This is true where taxes and fees can be levied without the support of the people. It is true where stipulations have been made against the free exercise of commerce. It is true in the violation and confiscation of private property. It is true where any government official can ban church services. The fact that there are innumerable instances of one form of government or another imposing sanctions against the exertions of these rights proves that they do not exist.
A nation founded on the sanctity of these rights cannot exist beyond the invalidation of them, they are one and the same. A politician might seek a way around the right to bear arms and in so doing has undone his own authority. We are witnessing in Seattle and Portland the abdication of power by mayors and governors in those cities and states to the competing governmental entity: communism. While the official functions of the government might continue, they are without authority. We have seen this time and time again in the past generation. The passage of the Patriot Act was, in effect, the dissolution of the union in that it sought a wholesale violation of rights. a huge step toward accommodating the revolution we now see being prosecuted. While that union might continue under the new rules, they were not presented to the people for acceptance, they were simply voted on by representatives, who, in not seeking agreement by an overwhelming majority of the stakeholders (citizens) violated their oaths and invalidated not the citizen’s rights, but their own authority. Since then, and because this is true, the principle was seized upon by sanctuary cities as an example of individual political units acting outside the interests of the union and the citizens within.
All of that is in preparation for this statement: There is no United States of America, only the shadow cast in its image by the passivity of the people. Antifa and Black Lives Matter have delivered a great gift to the free people of America in demonstrating the degree to which the United States of America no longer exists. The casual citizen might inquire as to how such things as the takeover of a portion of a major city in America might occur; how history and monuments can be erased by hostile action. The truth is, it cannot take place in a nation that values what it is, but it has, because the United States of America no longer exists. It no longer has the will to defend its history, its sovereign territory, preserve truth or allow others to speak truth to those dedicated to its very destruction. No nation exists where that is true and where history and truth of one nation has been erased, the new nation can rise and rename the monuments and erect new ones for their heroes.
All of this is on a fundamental level, yet government functions continue, because one section of the population knows that to join the fight is to expose the United States of America as an illusion. It is a selfish and nostalgic excuse, but there it is. In response, one must recognize that their children have never lived in the United States of their youth, but in the new nation where their skin color will subject them to humiliation and abuse; where speaking with pride of the old nation, America, is cause to subject them to ridicule and abuse; where their belief in God can cost them their livelihoods; where pride in their parents is met with derision and threats; where strict adherence to the shifting narrative is the only way to survive and each day, if they fall out of step, they can be made homeless, penniless and murdered to the chanting approval of their peers. Ask Jessica, who was murdered for saying “all lives matter.” That is their future.
Next, one must recognize that the United States of America, as currently established by these violations of rights, aids and abets the goals of the new nation rising up in its place, that it is not only powerless to refuse the authority of the new nation, but are now aligning with it in order to retain power. That is as true of U.S. senators as it is of the bureaucrat in the local environmental hazards office. Left out, abused and threatened are the citizens of America who seek freedom, justice and equality or even to be left alone to pursue happiness. The citizens have become the common problem of both the United States of America and the new nation rising within it.
All of that is in preparation for this statement: There is no way to secure freedom, justice and equality without exposing the illusion and joining the fight against both the United States of America and the new nation. No one would have suggested that even a decade ago, or even two months ago, but that is how diseased the United States of America, as a political entity, has become through its casual and constant violation of the rights of the individual that held it together for two hundred and forty four years. This is not to say that one should fight against the nostalgic image of America, but fight to recreate it; to put legs under the vision that so many Americans hold onto with all their might. The free America.
First, there is truth, something the new nation hates, because the truth exposes their agenda, which is to see all Americans obedient to their power. The truth is they are communists and the new nation is a communist nation, one the United States of America is complicit in allowing to grow, defenseless to stop and unwilling to challenge. In a nation of two political parties, the Republican Party and the Democrat Party, there is no effective difference as there once was. The Republican Party will be consumed and regurgitated as a sort of Trotskyite faction of the new nation and they are willing, even eager to assume that role, but will not resist the overall structure of the new nation.
Though they pretend to be appalled by the actions of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, those in the Republican Party watch the reactions of their constituents, waiting breathlessly for them to act to defend statues and American sovereignty so they can demonstrate their fealty to the communists by denouncing and swearing to bring their constituents to justice. It is their new role as willing participants in the new nation.
All of that was in preparation for this statement: Americans, if you are nostalgic for that nation that sought freedom, justice and equality, that was working toward solving racial inequities, however imperfectly at times, and seek to save your children from the evil nation that has lately grown up around them in their innocence, then stand guard. Do not do so passively. The freedom to passively watch as abusive and destructive forces enter the political arena on all levels is over. A cohesive threat of radical and violent individuals have joined with government office holders who are beholden to the communist agenda and see the 2020 election as their opportunity to seize control. Regardless of the outcome of the election, they plan to act, perhaps before, during and after it to affect the outcome or create chaos in its aftermath.
Police officers, military personnel (present and past) government officials loyal to the old vision of America and any other individual under the presumed order of the government, that government no longer exists. It is a phantom issuing blind orders of the new nation. You must weigh all orders against the individual and time-honored rights that all Americans possess by nature, to walk freely, to speak freely, to engage in commerce as they see fit, to take risks and assume the consequences of those risks, to freely elect their representatives and to alter or abolish any government structure that has become hostile to those rights. You must act to preserve those rights as you once swore to do. This is where your principles will be challenged and your integrity tested like at no other time in history. It is how you act on this day that matters, not all of the other days in your past. Those who will be forced into the streets to defend this nation are counting on you to make the right decisions when the time comes. To weigh whether the people you encounter seek to destroy all that was once great about America, or to restore it to its proper position as the light of freedom upon others might rely.
There are a lot of radio hosts and other pundits who warn of what is to come, but fall short when it comes time to explain the next steps to be taken. That does not happen here. There is no time to mince words. Antifa and BLM are foot soldiers of the new nation and proudly proclaim that fact.
They have shortened the reaction time for those trained and capable of defeating them, those Americans who have seen this day coming for decades, have trained against a violent overthrow of our nation, especially from within. I would like to say that our police forces and military would serve that purpose, but it has already been seen that these forces can be made to stand down in the face of Antifa and BLM’s hostile and violent actions. It is sadly recognized that they are ineffective in defending the citizens of America from communist insurgents on the streets. They yield to political powers that have been corrupted by the new nation struggling to emerge. They are capable, but that means nothing in a nation of such divided loyalties and traitorous office holders.
To the Americans upon whom this burden has been placed: You know what to do, you know what is at stake, what has already been taken from your children and what never will be returned so long as communists roam freely among us. They have announced their intent to wrest control of America from your hands, to deny you the right to vote, to be free, to speak as you choose, to go where you choose, to work where and how you choose. You either give them that right by your silence, or you take it by force, they offer no other option. Despite what will be said about you by the traitorous media, they have hidden these facts from your families, told them that what they are seeing is peaceful, when it is not, told them that giving up these freedoms is right, when it is not. You cannot placate them, you cannot debate with them, you cannot persuade them. They must be defeated or placed in power above you and your posterity. You make this choice, not some government bureaucracy, some representative of a bankrupt and corrupt government, they cannot and will never make the right choice. This has been proven time and time again. In every instance, they have chosen wrong, indebted you, forced regulations on you, imprisoned you for nothing other than expecting your rights to be honored. This is your burden.
…this change, this evolution of our freedoms into slavery, humiliation, degradation and abuse. …
